The MMTPP Plan

The MMTPP management team has recognized the need for and the application of the Science of Consciousness in today’s societal transactions. If people in relationships, families, organizations, businesses, teams, Congress, countries and MasterMind groups understood the ramifications behind the Science of Consciousness and applied it towards their relationships our society would become enlightened and harmonious.

Understanding the meaning of harmonious as it relates to cooperation is the secret behind the Law of Success, Napoleon Hill’s sixteen volume treatise on the subject. The MMTPP management team conceived a plan whereby the principles behind the Law of Success can be passed down through small groups of harmonically cooperating people and in so doing inculcate and habitualize these principles within each of our participants in a manner whereby they can begin to appreciate their life and the lives of others from an entirely new point of view.

Our work is based on Napoleon Hill's Law of Success. We teach people who join a MasterMind group the principles behind "The Science of Consciousness". The group learns to "harmonically cooperate" in manifesting each other's goals. Everyone grows in the self confidence derived from participating and experiencing the unconditional love and support their MasterMind group affords them.

Each member of the MasterMind group continues to meet for an hour weekly. The training lessons are short but complete and prepare each of the members to become the facilitator of their own group if they wish. New MasterMind groups form and begin the process all over again. In this way members of our company learn about the most important information in the history of mankind and pass it on and on.

Designed by experienced mentors and teaching professionals, the MMTPP Compensation Plan generates significant income opportunities for a Facilitator interested in making a career of training others in the Science of Consciousness.

• The miracle of the MasterMind Group.
  
  The concept of the "mastermind alliance" was formally introduced by Napoleon Hill in his timeless classic, "Think And Grow Rich," though mastermind groups have been around since the beginning of time.
  
  Napoleon Hill wrote about the mastermind group principle as:
  
  "The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony."

  There is synergy of energy, commitment and excitement that participants bring to a mastermind group.
  
  MasterMind groups offer a combination of masterminding, peer brainstorming, education, accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen their business and personal skills. A mastermind group helps you and your mastermind group members achieve success.
• Accountability Partner.
  
  Within your MasterMind group you will choose one person to become your personal accountability partner. Your MasterMind group will meet weekly and you will possibly be in contact with your accountability partner daily to discuss progress on your daily plan and task list. You may have a friend or connection in your life that you encourage to join your MasterMind group as your accountability partner.
• Group Facilitator.
  
  Each MasterMind group has a group facilitator whose purpose is to assure that each member gets proper time to discuss their weekly progress and receive input on that progress from the group. Again, insuring that the MasterMind delivers to each member the value and support to accomplish their goals. The group facilitator receives a monthly commission for coordinating the efforts of the group.
• Process of enlightenment.
  
  The Science of Consciousness embodies the knowledge of and the processes required to understand the workings of your Mind and how to harness its infinite power to manifest the life of your dreams. This component will help you transform yourself into the person you’ve always wanted to become. Confident, self reliant and self contained.
• Ability of Member to become facilitator of their own MasterMind group.
  
  Perhaps the most personally rewarding achievement we can accomplish is sharing our new found knowledge and energy with others. It is anticipated that you will look to your LinkedIn connections and invite those closest to you to become members of your personal MasterMind group. By starting your own MasterMind you are passing on the message to the next level who in turn may pass that message on further by becoming group facilitators as well.
• Ability of Group Facilitator to realize a part time income or full-time income.
  
  Ninety percent of the monthly dues collected from members, ($130 per member per month) are paid back to group facilitators as commissions for services. In this fashion MMTPP provides an economic opportunity for group facilitators to earn a part or full-time income doing what they love the most, helping others succeed in the achievement of their dreams. What a great career choice!
• MMTPP handles new member orientation and registration.
  
  A new facilitator will not have to sell in order to set up his or her MasterMind group. The new facilitator will simply invite potential members to visit the MMTPP website. MMTPP will produce the orientation videos and create the attraction marketing funnel to move potential members to the registration process. A great deal of pressure is removed from becoming a facilitator because many people who love to share information and training hesitate when selling and closing is involved.
